Gregory R. Brundage

Managing Director

Mr. Brundage is an Advisory Director at Cypress. He has over 30 years of investment banking experience and has been involved in the structuring and execution of transactions exceeding $17 billion, consisting of public and private equity and debt, convertible securities and various M&A assignments, in a variety of industries including media, consumer and retail products, healthcare, industrial, and technology.

 

Prior to Cypress, Mr. Brundage was a Managing Director and Group Head of Jefferies & Co.’s Media & Entertainment Group which he founded along with a team of media and entertainment bankers. Mr. Brundage was formerly a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Department of ING/Furman Sells for five years where he advised and financed clients in the industrial, retail, and media industries. Prior thereto Mr. Brundage was a Managing Director at PaineWebber Inc. for nine years, heading up their west-coast investment banking activity, and at Kidder Peabody for six years. Mr. Brundage also spent eight years in Corporate Lending at CitiGroup.

 

Mr. Brundage has a BA from Denison University and an MBA from Rutgers.
